The heart of our ROC program is our monitoring service. Using a variety of tools, we are able to monitor network servers, virtual environments, and all other network infrastructure in real time, giving us complete insight into the health of the network. This proactive approach allows us to anticipate and fix issues before they occur in order to maintain optimal uptime and performance.

Our ROC program also manages the current infrastructure to deploy patches, firmware and other critical updates to existing systems. A daily review of backup reports ensures your data is always protected. At the end of each month, we bring all of this information together in the form of our ROC Reports to review the uptime of infrastructure, patch deployment, access logs and a complete network inventory of all systems.
