The AaSys Help Desk is your first line of support for all IT network issues. Our Help Desk serves as the communications hub for authorized users and maintains end-to-end ownership of all incidents, problems and service requests.
We are staffed seven days a week with a team of highly trained engineers who have more than 60 years of combined industry experience. Our engineers are motivated to resolve incidents and requests on the first contact, and when that is not possible, to quickly route the ticket to our Level 2 or Level 3 support team.
In the event there are network issues that cannot be resolved through our Help Desk, AaSys will send a Network Engineer to provide on-site support. AaSys Group has engineers located throughout the Southeastern United States who are ready to assist you with any issue.
