Tony Coleman

CEO

Tony Coleman founded The AaSys Group in 1992 to serve as a trusted resource for the design and installation of IT networks complemented by reliable network support. He and his team of experts quickly developed a niche in the banking and financial services industry. Through his vision and expertise, AaSys expanded its support services to include a Financial Operations Division to help institutions identify core solutions that best fit their operational environment. Soon after, another division was started to help institutions manage audit, compliance, regulatory and security issues before spinning off to become its own entity, Focus Audits, a standalone sister company of AaSys in 2011.

A native Floridian, Tony received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in Business Management in 1975. After graduation, he began his career with the Xerox Corporation in Tampa, Florida where he eventually became a Major Account Sales Manager.

Tony is a past member of the Board of Governors and a past executive committee member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a Trustee for the Tampa Bay Community Foundation and is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise of Florida Southern College. He also serves as a business liaison of the PASS program to Oak Park Elementary School, chairman of the advisory board of St. Anthony Catholic School, a member of the parish council of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Dade City and a board member of Catholic Charities of Pasco County.

Cheryl Buntin

President

Having worked closely with community banks since 1997, Cheryl Buntin understands the unique challenges technology presents to these institutions and is committed to helping each client optimize the benefits available to them. As Executive Vice President in charge of Marketing and Sales, Cheryl oversees the Account Management and Sales team responsible for creating solutions that bridge operations, regulatory compliance, security and technology. Cheryl has a Master’s Degree in Communication from Western Kentucky University and has received multiple technical accreditations.

Stuart Wells

Executive Vice President

Stuart Wells has worked in the Information Technology field for more than 20 years and holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. Prior to joining The AaSys Group, he was a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting and a chief architect for the Microsoft practice. As Senior Vice President of Technology, he is responsible for researching and finding IT solutions for clients and setting the overall technical direction of the company. In his spare time, Stuart enjoys working out, playing golf and watching his favorite sports teams.

Roxanne Zaklanovich Laveau

Senior Vice President, Administration

As Senior Vice President of Administration, Roxanne leads the organization, direction and coordination of all administrative functions of the company. In her role, she oversees the development of HR policies and procedures. She directly coaches and trains marketing support, customer service and accounting personnel. She also creates and implements department and company processes.

Much of her work involves working collaboratively with C-Suite executives in order to provide the maximum operational impact. She also advocates hands-on and inquiry-based learning to promote a positive outlook for employees and clients alike. Roxanne attended the University of Akron –Computer Science; Member of SHRM, Member of NNA.

Kris Leitheiser, CRCM

Senior Vice President, Internal Audit & Compliance

Kris Leitheiser has worked with financial institutions since 1993 as a regulator, Compliance Officer, CRA Officer and auditor. During her career, she has utilized her extensive background writing and interpreting laws and regulations to help financial institutions reach their goals while remaining regulatorily compliant. As Senior Vice President of Internal Audit & Compliance, Kris is responsible for providing clients internal audits that meet regulatory standards, risk management services to ensure adequate internal controls are in place and customized consulting services to meet clients’ needs. Kris holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and maintains a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation.

Linda Hoydic

Senior Vice President, Financial Operations Solutions

As the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations Solutions, Linda Hoydic brings extensive operational expertise to The AaSys Group’s community bank clients. With almost three decades of hands-on experience within the community banking sector, Linda has served as CFO, COO, Deposit Operations Supervisor and Loan Operations Supervisor, BSA Officer and Compliance Officer. During her banking career, Linda opened two de novo banks and was responsible for evaluating and implementing core processing and ancillary processing solutions. This invaluable experience enables Linda to provide trusted insight to community banks and explain not only the choices available, but how these will impact each client’s specific environment.

Tom Kisala

Vice President, Technical Services

As the Vice President of Technical Services for The AaSys Group, Tom Kisala oversees the day-to-day operations and scheduling of the service department’s network engineers including coordinating product acquisition and travel as required. Prior to joining Aasys, he was a helpdesk supervisor and primary IT administrator for Prison Rehabilitative and Diversified Enterprises (PRIDE) where he was responsible for the daily operation of a 22-site network with more than 1,200 end users. Prior to that, he was a project manager for IKON Office Solutions and an Engineering Laboratory Technician in the US Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program.
