History: The bank consulting services division started back in the late 90’s when Tony Coleman, President, was approached by his computer networking clients. They were interested in consulting services for denovo banks and various areas in the start up process. The division was off the ground and AaSys’ first client, Royal Palm Bank of Florida. After signing on The Bank of Venice, Commerce National Bank of Florida, and The Palm Bank, it was necessary to add Joe DeMartino, September 2002. John Graham joined AaSys in March 2004, with the additional signings of Patriot Bank, SouthShore Community Bank, and Nature Coast Bank.

As we begin 2005, Max Barnes joined our staff with the additional signings of Biscayne Bank, Bank of Coral Gables, Flagship Community Bank, and Community National Bank of the South. Max Barnes has been assigned to the Miami, Florida area.

AaSys began core processing evaluations for existing banks within the State of Florida in 2003. Now in 2005, both core processing and item processing evaluations continue to spread through Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.
