FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

We currently have a need for a Field Service Engineer to work with existing customers in the Tallahassee, South Georgia and South Alabama area. Prefer MCSE or at least 5 years experience with Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Firewalls, and Routing

Candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills and be willing to work nights and weekends as needed. The candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Must be able to travel to customers’ sites, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include providing technical support and expertise in the installation and maintenance of systems software for our customers. Assisting in planning, developing, testing, implementing and documenting network projects is part of the responsibilities.

The Field Network Engineer is a high responsibility position that requires seeing as many as 2 or 3 customers every day and performing duties with a minimum amount of supervision. If there is a period of low call volume, the candidate must be able to assist customers through companies’ remote access.

AaSys will perform a criminal background check.
